The A/V Lighting Team serves during Sunday morning services to produce a visual atmosphere conducive to worshipping God both in person and remote. As clearly and accurately as possible, the team conveys the live experience of the auditorium to the remote streaming audience. The team is also called upon to provide the lights necessary for any other events and services in the sanctuary.
- Leader: David Douglas
- Ideal Member: Visually oriented—able to both see good balances and identify distractions in person and on screen; High attention to detail and technically minded; Multi-tasker; Not easily stressed.
- Service Schedule: Once a month commitment on Sunday mornings from 9:15am-1:00pm; Special events as needed.
- Team Training: Multi-week shadowing schedule with team leader and team members; Documentation detailing each job function and action required; A probationary period of being shadowed before you will be deployed solo.
