Whether it's someone's first time at the church with their little family or a piece of technology that isn't working as it should, having a caring and capable helper at the ready to care for you and your kids is very comforting. The Help Desk volunteer is the liaison between the Lobby and the classroom teachers and helpers. She makes sure the self-checkin stations are on and that the printers are working, and stands available to help people with registration of first time guests, technology issues or general questions about Cornerstone Kids.
- Leader: Amy Martin
- Ideal Member: Anyone who loves serving people with a smile, even when a printer is involved; Someone comfortable with technology and up-to-date on Cornerstone Kids policies.
- Service Schedule: Serve an average of once-per-month from 9:15am-12:00pm. You're expected to main the Help Desk in the Lobby even during the services.
- Team Training: There will be hands on training, a shadowing schedule and documented setup instructions to help you be comfortable with the expectations and processes.
