While there is a place for righteous anger in the Christian life, the anger we typically experience day to day is rarely righteous. It produces bitterness and creates disunity. We honor God by being those who are hard to offend; who choose to believe the best; who remember the Cross on which the Prince of Glory died to reconcile us to God and are, thus, slow to anger and quick to extend mercy.
